A temporary Receptionist and Office Adminstrator vacancy has arisen at Valley Invicta Primary School at Leybourne Chase.
37 hours per week, term time only. £13,922 to £14,510 (pro rata'd salary).
To be the front of house face for the Valley Invicta primary school at our recently built school at Leybourne Chase, welcoming a range of visitors to the school and to promote a positive image of the school at all times.
As the 'face' of the school you will be welcoming, personable and helpful. This role will require you to be organised with the ability to multitask, work flexibly and have a can do approach to work.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Liaise with staff, pupils, parents/carers and external agencies
- Liaise with the Business Centre on Finance and HR matters
- Update the SIMS pupil database
- Support the Headteacher with mail shots and correspondence via the Mail Group system.
The successful candidate will have a confident, professional and friendly manner, both on the telephone and in person, who can deal with queries or re-route them to the appropriate member of staff.
